Join us for a deep reset in nature.
We let go of our stress through simple breathing practices, guided visualizations, and earthing practices of deep listening.
We activate the body by heading to the beach and letting the huge sandbox be our ground for different somatic practices.
We will awaken your senses and clarify our nervous systems ability to find ease through the specific somatic practices of Baby Body, Eco-Listening, Red Square Contemplative Dance and simple found object Burden Release Ritual. Each retreat is anchored in what is happening in the stars astrologically but also the seasonal earth wisdom. Paying special attention to our organs and the nourishment which comes from the elements and our ability to receive from our natural surroundings.
Silence will pervade much of the day allowing for an opportunity to absorb the life of the forest and ocean. We will have time for connection and practice the Loving Kindness Witness as a group and in small break out groups. The sense of belonging arises as we connect deeply to the living ecology and be together in new ways. No meditation or dance experience required, come exactly as you are. This is an inclusive gathering welcoming all genders, sexual orientation, and ethnicity.
One Work Trade Position is available each retreat please inquire in the contact link.

She leads the groups with special attention to a sense of safety, inclusion, and presence; balancing the individual with the whole. She understands the dark and the light of the human psyche and is a devoted student of both their wisdoms.
